Special Learning this Friday night in support of the three kidnapped teens
Gedolim in Eretz Yisroel headed by Rav Shteinman and joint by Rav Drukman
and Rav Stav have called for Jews to start Shabbos earlier than usual, in a
spiritual show of support for the three kidnapped teens. Rav Shteinman has
encouraged people to make use of the extra time for Torah study in the merit
of the captive boys. Shuls throughout the country have already begun to
respond to the calls, with communal leaders changing prayer times and some
instituting extra "Avos Ubonim" father-son study sessions on Erev Shabbos.

Due to the fact that we are at mid-winter and Shabbos is coming in at its
earliest, it is suggested that kehillos in Melbourne add in the Torah
learning between Kabolas Shabbos and Maariv.
Shaarei will be saying Tehillim at 4:50pm
Between Kabolas Shabbos and Maariv there will a 20 minute Avos Ubonim
learning
Please make an effort to come on time
